As 2018 comes to a close, we thought it would be fun to look back at this year’s blog posts and reminisce. Throughout the journey to find the topics that are most important and interesting to our customers, we’ve definitely learned some things. While some subjects really resonated with our audience, others were not so successful.

So what were our most popular blog posts of 2018? Before we jump into the list, it’s important to divulge how we determined which posts made the cut. Of course, there are many different ways to define success. Ultimately, we decided to narrow down our top 7 blog posts based on unique page views. We felt this was the most scientific way to assess how many people had read each post – but it definitely made for a close race!

1. How to Install Modu-Loc Fence
   Our customers sure are a practical bunch! It stands to reason, then, that our most-read blog post of the year was a step-by-step guide to installing our temporary fence. If you plan to install your own temporary rental fence, be sure to give this post a read first.
2. Protecting Public Safety During Construction
   We’re proud that our customers are so safety-conscious. Our second most popular blog post was a handy guide to Modu-Loc’s safety products. It covered the ideal applications for each product, and is helpful for anyone looking to improve the safety of their site perimeter.

   We’re not surprised that this post made the list. This question is as old as the concept of temporary rental fence! This is a must-read for anyone deciding between renting and buying their construction fence.

   Rounding out our list is a fun post that’s more “guilty indulgence” than helpful how-to. To get into the Halloween spirit, we searched the internet for the strangest examples of spooky discoveries made on job sites. This post is an entertaining read at any time of year!
